Mattssons in Anderstorp is now looking for a Customer Support Representative for our customer support department. Here, you will be an important part of a knowledgeable and engaged team that works closely with both customers and internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, quality, and delivery reliability.

About the role In the role of Customer Support Representative, you will work broadly with technical customer support and internal sales. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email and be responsible for order management, delivery coordination, quotation preparation, and follow-up. You act as the customer's extended purchasing department and make the customer more competitive by understanding their actual needs and offering the right product from Mattssons' wide range, as well as proactively coordinating deliveries to achieve high delivery reliability. You will thus function as technical support for the customers and use Mattssons' advanced system tools and services to ensure that the customer always has products for their assembly. You will work systematically with follow-up, delivery planning, and forecasts and collaborate closely internally with both purchasing and sales organizations to coordinate and ensure the flow to the customer, from quotation request to delivery.

Your profile We are looking for someone who is structured, positive, and self-driven, who enjoys taking responsibility for their tasks. You are technically interested and find it fun to familiarize yourself with different products and solutions. Experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales within an industrial or technical environment is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have product knowledge or have previously worked with technical articles and have knowledge of reading technical drawings. It is desirable that you have an interest in numbers and mathematics, as the role involves many calculations and handling of price and article data. You have experience with various business systems and good computer skills and work fluently in the Office suite, with an advantage if you have good knowledge of Excel. You communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. As a person, you are solution-oriented, cooperative, and able to prioritize even when the pace is high.
